Mastering the Ténéré Travel Trophy

Joop, one of our collaborators at Fuel Motorcycles, recently participated in the second edition of the Tenere Travel Trophy (TTT), an adventure that took him from southern Germany to Croatia, passing through Austria and Slovenia. Equipped with his Ténéré 700 Rally 2023, Joop stood out among the 150 Ténéré riders present at the event.

During the TTT, participants had the option to choose between on-road and off-road routes. Joop and his group opted to maximize their off-road experience. Along the journey, they faced various challenges, such as finding a church in a specific village and taking a picture with their bike, and collecting as many different currencies as possible, excluding the euro. The main challenge involved riding 15 meters as slowly as possible without falling, in which Joop placed third.

Joop's efforts and dedication were rewarded with a second-place finish in the competition, along with a prize of 250 euros to spend at his Yamaha dealer.

Regarding the gear, Joop had nothing but praise for the Fuel Motorcycles products. "The Explorer pants and jacket are incredible. The pants are perfect for both cold and warm weather, and the jacket is ideal for colder conditions," he commented. Additionally, he recommended Fuel's jerseys, highlighting their great design and comfort.

Joop also shared some tips for those seeking adventure: "There’s a lot of adventure to be found, but it’s best to do it with someone. Find people who share your passion and do routes like the TET in Europe or go to Morocco. Participate in trainings or festivals and meet people there."
